Terms and Conditions

Most items sold are considered "off road use only".  Please consult your local and state's laws before installing and utilizing the product on a public roadway.  VPR Motorsports is not responsible for damage once installed or misuse of the product.  VPR Motorsports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order as deemed necessary.  If a typographical error is found within the website, changes will be made in order to correct the error.  If an order was placed within that timeframe, the customer will be notified of the error and will be offered a refund if necessary.  If fraud is suspected, we shall report it to local law enforcement in order to pursue charges. 

WARRANTY

Please note most items are covered under the manufacture warranty.  All products are checked before shipment to assist in quality control to ensure they are free from defects.  Used items are not covered under the manufacture warranty.

PAYMENT

We only accept PayPal and credit card payments through our website from a VERIFIED account with a CONFIRMED shipping address.  We will only ship to this address.  These payments are always accepted in our storefront as well as any local event once verified by a valid state issued identification card.

SHIPPING
Please note "Free Shipping" is only within the continental United States.  Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to additional shipping fees.  We do not ship to international locations at this time. 

RETURNS

A return will only be authorized if a return authorization is confirmed within 14 days of purchase.  Any item approved for return must be in brand new condition in the original packaging.  VPR Motorsports can refuse a return when the items has been returned to us if we believe the items has been used, altered, or found to have negligent damaged.  If an item is defective, it will be covered under the manufacture warranty once returned and verified.  Special order, used, and clearance items are excluded from the return policy.  A 20% restocking fee may be applied to the return.  Shipping costs are excluded from the return policy.
